During the remanufacture process each transmission is thoroughly inspected and cleaned. Wear patterns are corrected for increased durability. Each torque converter is balanced to eliminate vibration and the possibility of damage to related components. All soft parts (gaskets, seals, clutches, etc) are replaced along with any hard parts that do not meet OEM specifications. Each unit is modified with all the latest updates for improved performance and miles of worry-free service.

Dyno-tested

Each transmission is then put to the test on a Dynomometer. Dynotec is one of the only shops in the Twin Cities with this state of the art device. The Dyno simulates field conditions and allows us to identify and correct any problems prior to installation. This guarantees greater customer satisfaction and decreased transmission returns.
